We are a non-smoking facility with a designated area oceanfront in the pavillion for smokers. We do not tolerate smoking inside our Units, outside on the balconies or in the parking lot. This includes E-cigarettes
No Pets allowed in our rooms or on our property.
There is one parking space per Unit.

About Unit 11
This unit is one of our large efficiency's located on the 2nd floor. This unit includes one comfortable King size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and two sitting chairs. The bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower. The kitchen has a stove microwave and refrigerator for your convenience.
